Executive Coaching – a resource for success

Executive coaching is a management resource that can make a significant difference to the effectiveness of your executive leadership team – both at an individual and team level – which ultimately positively impacts the company’s bottom line. At Right Mind Solutions we provide effective and focused executive coaching that reflects both the individual needs of the coachee and the demands of the corporation.

Executive Coaching Programmes

Our executive coaching can be taken in the following ways:

  1. A single one-off telephone session (duration agreed with client) for individuals to address a pressing concern.
  2. A series of regular coaching telephone sessions (minimum of 6 hours of coaching) for individuals looking to develop.
  3. Face to face coaching meetings with duration by agreement (min. of 6 hours of coaching e.g. 3x2hrs, 2x3hrs or 6x1hr)
  4. Attendance at leadership team ‘off-sites’ providing individual coaching (usually one hour per person) – great for providing a coaching opportunity.

Each executive coaching option can be taken by individuals looking to develop themselves independent of their organisation (and paid for privately) or as part of executive development sponsored (and paid for) by the client organisation.
